ROOFING
A new roof, explained before it's installed.
When a roof is past repairing, we replace the whole system: decking checks, underlayment, flashing, ventilation and the shingles or metal you choose. Many of the roofs we replace were damaged by hail or wind, and we can help with the construction side of that claim.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
- A free inspection first, so we can show you what we find
- The old roof removed and hauled away
- The wood underneath checked, and any soft boards replaced
- Extra water protection in the valleys and along the edges, where leaks usually start
- New flashing around chimneys, walls and pipes
- Vents sized so your attic can breathe
- Shingles, metal, tile or slate — we'll help you choose what fits your home
- The right membrane for any flat or low-slope sections
- A magnet sweep for nails and a full cleanup before we leave
- Warranty
- 5-year workmanship warranty, with applicable manufacturer coverage specified in your proposal.
- Timing
- Inspection and replacement schedules are confirmed for your project.
HOW IT WORKS
Here's how a roof replacement usually goes.
Inspection
We look at the roof and the attic, photograph what we find, and talk through whether a repair is a practical option.
Options and price
A written proposal with material options, warranty terms and either your insurance scope or a cash price.
Insurance, if it applies
We document the damage, meet your adjuster if you'd like us there, and work from the approved scope.
Installation
We agree on the project schedule before starting and protect landscaping, siding and gutters while we work.
Final walkthrough
We walk the property with you, sweep for nails and hand over your warranty paperwork.

RECENT WORK
Full roof replacement, down to the decking
The old roof came off completely so the decking could be checked and repaired before anything new went on. Then new architectural shingles, ridge cap and flashing. Both shots were taken from the same spot in the air.
See more projectsHow do I know if I need a replacement or just a repair?
Age, how widespread the damage is and whether the shingles are still sealing. If a repair is a practical option, we'll discuss it. If a replacement makes more sense, we'll explain why.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Timing depends on roof size, pitch, weather and material availability. We'll discuss a schedule with you before work starts.
Will my insurance cover it?
If the damage came from a storm, often yes. We inspect first so you know what you're dealing with before you call your carrier, and we can provide the photos, measurements and estimates the claim needs.
Part of my roof is flat. What goes there?
Shingles can't shed water on a flat or low-slope roof, so we install TPO, a heat-welded single-ply membrane, on those sections. We do the same for whole flat roofs on commercial buildings.
What warranty comes with a new roof?
Our 5-year workmanship warranty plus the manufacturer's warranty on the materials you choose. The exact terms are in your proposal.
