HOW IT WORKS
Here's how a flat roof project usually goes.
Inspection
We check the membrane, seams, flashing, drains and the deck underneath, and photograph all of it.
Repair, re-cover or replace
A written recommendation with the price for each option that makes sense for the roof.
Install
Membrane laid and heat-welded, flashings and terminations detailed, drains cleared.
Walkthrough
We walk the roof with you and hand over the warranty paperwork.
What is TPO?
Thermoplastic polyolefin: a white, reflective single-ply membrane. The seams are heat-welded rather than glued, so they stay sealed, and the white surface reflects heat and lowers cooling costs.
Can you re-cover instead of tearing off?
Often, yes. If there's only one existing roof layer and the deck and insulation are dry, a re-cover saves the tear-off cost. We check before we recommend it.
Do you handle insurance claims on commercial roofs?
Yes. Hail and wind damage TPO too, and the process is the same as a home: we document, provide estimates, and meet the adjuster if you'd like us there.
