ROOFING
Roof repairs, explained honestly.
A lot of roofers won't take a repair. We will. We'll show you what we find and tell you whether a repair is a practical option or whether, on an older roof, a replacement makes more sense and why.

HOW IT WORKS
Here's how a roof repair usually goes.
Find the source
Water rarely shows up where it gets in. We trace it from the stain to the entry point.
A written repair plan
What's failing, what we'll do about it, and what else on the roof is worth keeping an eye on.
The repair
We confirm the repair scope and schedule and use matching materials wherever possible.
Check and photos
We photograph the finished work and send it to you with the invoice.
Do you really do small repairs?
Yes. A missing shingle or a bad pipe boot is a real job to us, and we'd rather fix it right than have you wait on someone else.
Will a repair cause more damage?
On an older roof, working on one section can disturb the brittle shingles around it, so a roof that needs a repair today may need another one soon. We'll tell you up front when that's the case, and if insurance is involved we'll document it.
How fast can you get here?
Active leaks get priority. Call our 24/7 emergency line to discuss tarping and inspection availability.
